Brownish discoloration!? help!!

So I'll just get to the point, I am using sterilized dirt with worm castings added, vermiculite, and a normal vegetation mix at the recommended dosage. I am using 6500k shop lights and maintain a cool temparature of 68-72 (which is great considering when the summer hits that will turn to 80-85.)

Enough back story, i have a funky brown discoloration on one of my major fan leaves and a few smaller ones. I just clipped off the fan leaf, it's a mother plant and i was doing some trimming anyways. I got pictures so if anyone knows what this is I would love you for it!!!!

P.S. Due to my sterilized soil i started out with i have come to the attention that i am missing a vital micro biotic ecosystem in my dirt, so i am making some compost tea out of some reeeeaaally nice rich compost and will be flushing my pots with that water. But currently, none of my plants in my vegetation room have microbiotic life in the soil, or at least next to none, could this be my problem?

ph?

Pics would help. The no microbes might be the cause. Could also be some other micro nutrient missing. Could also be nothing. That is why pics would help.

Looks like possible ph issue or nute burn. I would double check your ph, flsuh and start slower with nutes. Maybe 1/2 or 1/4th strength.

Good Luck
