Browning pistols at 2 weeks 12/12

To wrap this up, and for the benefit of others that use a pk product too early. Taken from SDHP:
"Q: What happens if I use Top Booster too early?

Again, this Top Booster is the main trigger for fall. So basically by adding Top Booster too soon, within a couple weeks, you’re gonna see your leaves turn yellow. Basically at about 4 weeks your plants are probably going to shut down early. There are rare occasions where the plant actually does survive through Top Booster, but basically its going to shut your garden down. When we say shut your garden down, we mean, you’re utilizing this product to trigger the late aggressive flowering. You’re intending on having harvested your determinant crop, you know 3 weeks, 4 weeks after you use Top Booster. So it’s going to start, as he was saying, yellowing the leaves, and just get everything ready for harvest time. So since flowering or fruiting stage is part of a reproductive cycle, the Top Booster triggers it’s life is coming to an end, so it makes it finish faster or start to finish at that point. Actually even in some systems they don’t have the natural fall triggers that are in place sometimes. As ground dehydrates in certain areas, different minerals are available. Sometimes people cannot achieve this in hydro. It’s a system that constantly requires watering to the plant’s root system or it dies. Top Booster is another great way to add this finishing flowering trigger to the plants to ensure that they are going to ripen to its fullest potential. Also triggering the late stage of aggressive flowering just allows the plant to concentrate all of its energy on fruit production, like we were mentioning the reproductive cycle. The plant wants to ensure that its gonna be around for next season, and the way that it’s doing that is through fruit production. So at the very end of it’s life cycle, it’s just concentrating all of it’s energy on that. There is no energy on leaf production, no energy on growth, only on fruit production. "

It hapened to me because I was working of a 6 week feed chart instead of a nine week chart, and not paying attention to what I was adding to the mix :()
So learn from my mistake and don't make it yours!!! :)

you either overfeed ,Pollinated or wind blown to have brown pistols that early,Id look for hermies and if thats not it you probably overfed
If by 'over fed' you mean ppms were too high, then yes I agree. Boosters are a lot more hype than beneficial. They can help in a RDWC rig to act as a pH buffer, but in soil burn baby, burn.

Well, I got some good responses, but would like to get a little deeper into this before this thread dies.
Here are some more pics:

There is no doubt that something has caused the pistols to die back. Overall flower onset seemed kind a slow as well (compared to my normal grows), they are at 3 weeks 12/12 when these pics were taken.
I didn't think it was a burn since I have absolutley no necrosis on the leaf margins.
But since I have read that over fertilization can cause the pistols to die back prematurely.
Anybody with experience on this? I'm kind a stumped :(
I think you caught it early, and that is why you didn't get any leaf tip burn. Good lookin out. Learning to read your plants is uber important.

Now, I can't see your medium (soil, hydro...?). If it's soil you probably don't have enough of it for all the roots such a large plant develops. All those roots would be fighting over the nutes.

Plants have been yanked, RIP! No sense wasting money on electricity when the outcome is highly doubtful.

brown pistils, seeding, are you fukin kidding, where did you read that at ? seems like you've got yourself a real good "seeding" indicator dipshit. cull your males, quit growing shitty hermie genetics. If the cost of nutrients is affecting you or your grow, you're fucking up, read a book, cancel your membership to this forum at once !

My plants did the same...Just a couple weeks ago and I went crazy trying to fix what might be the problem, but really I was just looking at them too hard...pistils are always browning and new white ones are always coming---until it is done...then the whites stop starting.
