Browning leaves issue

Hello Guys! Can anybody tell what is the cause of this? 3 weeks old plant, grown in Soil/perlite/. From researching online it may look like potassium deficiency but im not too sure

I don't see any spots on the damaged leaves so I don't think it's a potassium issue.

I'm not a very good dr. Lol. Mine do that a lot but I end up putting them outside in the ground at this point and that solves the problem for me.

I am not currently feeding as this soil has some nutrients in it when i bought it, was the only one at the plant shop available.

Plant basically looks okay to me... bottom leaves getting some soil splashed onto them

A lot of "lighter" soil is good for about a month. You're going to need to start feeding imo.
