Break up the weed and cook it and the butter in a double boiler until it all turns dark green then follow the directions on the box and don't eat to many!! I highly recomend making two batched. one with weed one without, that way when you get the munchies you are good to go! and if you really want to have fun cover the brownies with mushroom frosting!

to get a great high you will need to put 1 pound butter and one ounce pot
into slow cooker and set to low setting and cook for 4 to 6 hrs pour into container and put in fridge over night . then add 1/2 of butter to brownies
and you will be really f*cked up

Right on. Some people strain the bud out after cooking the margarine. I've done it both ways and could not tell the difference.

Absolutely unnecessary. You can use as little as an 1/8th and the amount of margarine the recipe calls for. Melt margarine and add broken up cannabis. Simmer for approximately 10 minutes. Strain the bud out and add margarine to mix as per the recipe.

10 minutes is plenty. It is my understanding that THC is fat soluable. Heated oil with ganja simmered for just under 10 minutes is all that is required to extract the THC. It works for me - every time.

Here is what I did, and it worked like a freaking charm.

take some butter, like a stick of your favorite choice. Throw that into a pot of boiling water and throw your ground up bud in as well, you can use chronic or whatever, but I've found that an 1/8 of chronic usually doesn't work as well as like an oz or 1.5 oz of some good old schwag.

Now you've got your butter melted in the boiling water and you've got your bud in the water as well, you should boil it for about 30 minutes or so to ensure that all of the THC gets out of the bud itself and gets absorbed by the fat from the butter.

After boiling, let it all cool, but not too much, just enough so you can put it through a strainer, most strainers though wont have small enough holes to catch all of the bud, So what I use are coffee filters, since it will catch the bud and let all the butter and water pass through. Put the filters above a plastic container and let it hold all the butter and water.

Throw that baby into the fridge for a few hours and once the butter actually hardens on top of the water, it should look greenish brown, take out the butter drain the water, and mix the cannibutter into your brownie mixture and you'll have perfect and delicious brownies

I've made brownies out of an 8th many time!!! both Johnny organic and green man are right! you can do it either way! however I would use butter and not margerine. if you have access to a lot of pot the best way is to use a crock pot, but if you don't just use a double boiler until the butter is green OR simmer it for 10 min on LOW! The key is not to burn the butter or the pot. for best results use a bag of chronic and a double boiler. I would shy away from the water idea but that is just me. let us know how it works!!

Smallest iv ever heard it done with was 1/2 oz. But give it a go, and give us a report

with an 1/8th just don't use any more that a single stick of butter. when you have trimming the ratio is 1 oz:1 lbs. but if you got chron than a 1/4 lbs of butter should be about right.
