Brown tips and tiny yellow spots?

swim thinks it may just be mold because swims soil isn't drying out enough, but to be safe, swim wanted to ask. It looks like there's white dust sprinkled in patches over the soil. The tips of the leaves are yellowing and turning brown, and there are tiny little yellow patches in the leaves. Swim may also be suffering from light burn? Any help?

well i have the same problem and what is his temp in the room. mine is 90-100deg and they started to brown on edges if they start to wilt then it is cause of lights to close but not browing maybe afterwards they will. thats my anwser to my problems and sounds the same but the white on soil is mold i just let it dry and trow away top layer of dirt and i have 60-80% humidi is my prob i think cause my soil dries out and i leave it for 2days or 3 so mine is not from soil water but from humid I water every 4 to five days but with 100 deg temp in closet it dont take long for soil to dry out besides humidity. hope this helps im not a pro but ive fixed all my prolems my self cause i was told it was nute burn but i used nutes 2 times in 2 months so it cant be and moved the lights away and never wilted again a fact but brown tip isdue to majoir heat i think think even on my buds leaves are brown tips so i put it out side and see if that fixes the problem and hope it dont turn hermi. live and learn with tips here and there not all right but some are from what ive learned.

How about this pic? It only seems to be affecting the GB strain and only on the leaf's that are in the direct light. canopy top temp is 83 high and 73 low.I flushed and flushed and than switched to 1/4 nutes. It isn't getting worse just not better.They are budding nicely. I also added a few cuttings of the same GB to the room a few weeks later than the pic's and it is showing signs of the yellow spots on the leaves directly facing the light. Could there be something wrong with my HPS 400 watt bulb? it is it's second grow.

The damage wont return to green, it will always be like that
new growth will be good.

it didn't seem to effect the harvest. we just cut back all the bad fan leaves with about 2 weeks left and it really whitened up the bud.

I would't cut leaves that weren't 50% or more damaged, it will slow your progress.
