brown tips and brown spot on leaves. Whats going on??? i have pictures

Hey guys, here is my grow in a nutshell.
2 blue dream - (these are the 2 plants that i noticed the problem on)
1 $100 OG
Indoor - closet grow
Temps. - between 73-80F
Soil - the 2 blue dream are in scotts premium potting soil.
stage - 3 weeks into flower
watering - feed nutes every other water. I am using peruvian guano (10-10-2) and FoxFarms TigerBloom. When I am giving just water, I mix in 2 tblsp./Gallon of molasses. I watered the blue dream today with the water/molasses mix
lighting - I have 2 65W/3900k CFL and 6 42W/2700k CFL

I am in the middle of fighting some gnats that got into my grow room. I started by puting a layer of sterile sand over the top of my soil.

If any of you have any ideas or opinions on what this is I would love to hear them. Please let me know. I want to get this under control as soon as possible.

the backround on that first one is in focus.. y cant you get the plant in focus?

its a mini video camera that i just take still photos on

any chance you could have splashed some nutes on them. i had a little spill once and it burned them where they got wet and thats it. is it only those 2 spots if so i wouldnt worry yet.

nute burn? I guess it's not the lamp, cause i don't see it...
how much nutes do you use?

I don't think i splashed nutes on them, and even if i did im not sure my mix would burn them. I use peruvian seabird guano (2tblsp./Gallom) and tiger bloom (2 tsp./gallon) Also the spots are pretty high up on the plant. I suppose it could be the lamps but i dont rememer them being specifically close to those spots. I us CFL so i keep the lamps as close to foliage as i can. As of now it is only those THREE spots. I will be monitoring them sclosely over the next couple days to see if this is spreading or new spots appear. Thanks for the help guys. And if anyone else has ideas i would love to hear them
