brown/tan powder taking over new growth and clones

Can't tell if its a type of mold or if thrips or fungus gnats are causing this.
A month ago I switched from canna coco to Terra plus with the bio Terra/Flores concentrates. I'm on the edge if I like it more. Bugs r attracted to organic way easier and this is the first time I've dealt with bugs since I switched to the coco over a year ago. But I believe this all started a few weeks ago when I brought a couple Yumms over from a friends house.

I have plenty air circulation
Temps around 73
It has been more humid than normal due to a warmer winter than normal....
My flowering plants r just fine. I even had a slightly infected plant I threw into flower right before everything got worse and its looking great.

I've been treating plants with SNS 209 and blue sticky pads for a week. I barely see any flying pests anymore. Only spotted a few this morning.

I'm still unsure exactly what's going on and i just need help identifying son I can treat asap!
