Is it in rockwool? did you buffer the pH? You might have a drop in pH, maybe locking out a little.

It's just soil from outside, but I ordered FF ocean forest and I'll transplant it to a 3 gal pot. I don't know about the pH because Im using Arrowhead bottled water and I know its pH is like around 7 and it has some nitrogen in it so it might be that. Could it be a burn? because I have aluminum foil around the grow box. I have a lot of problems I know...

Yah Bro. You need to transplant that baby soon. It's the soil your in.
Be careful about the tin foil it can fry things, sometimes.
