Brown spot, 2 week old plants

I've got about 4, 2 week old seedlings, they are growing pretty slowly but im not stressing about that.i got 3, 26 watt cfls hanging rather closely, about 3 - 4 inches. ive been keeping them on a 24/7 light circulation. They seemed to be doing fine other than the slow growing part, but i hear that happens offen and isnt a big deal. but yea unfortunatley, i came across the "miracle grow sucks" thing about a day too late. luckily this is pretty much a practise grow with random seed off pretty good dope, just really seedy so i figure if i just grow the fems, itll be a good sensi. but yea this is a picture of one of my plants developing its first problem, its this brown spot on it, i dont like it, but i havent read enough yet to know what the problem is. this is also my first post, and people here definitley seem to know what their talking about. but yea the pics..

those are the wrong spectrum of lights. you want 6500k for vegging. those are 2700k, which you would want for flowering. go to wal-mart, and buy some of the 100w equivalent "day light" cfls. it's 7 bucks for two. Those are what you want. you will see drastic results.
