Broken Root Tips on Seedlings :(

have 2 seeds planted in rockwool and the roots just broke out of the bottom and i set them in hydroton and in the process of looking at the roots and setting them back down in the pots. i broke the tips off of the roots of BOTH plants... fuck. are they going to die? they only have 1 set of true leaves and they are a week old.. i dont want my chiesel to die.. any feedback?

You should be fine, these plants are a lot tougher than you think.
