broadmites or bad nute lockout?

I got these clones from P.R. collective in LA and they were doing good with growth for about two weeks. I sprayed them with 1 1/2 tsp neem and a few drops plain dishoap to 1 ltr water about 4 days ago and they have been on steady decline. I turned the lights off for 8 hours during and after. I was spraying them with straight water prior for about a week with no damage, other than what looked like some spider mite damage. I also sprayed with diatomaceous earth which coated themand sprinkled some on the top of the soil. I have a 10x scope which I saw some bugs on and a few eggs on one plant which was removed prior to this. Anyways I now have what looks like pretty bad nute lockout or broadmite damage. My soil mix is 60% FFOF 20% EWC 20% perlite with a little SRP and lobster meal sprinkled in. This is not my first grow but it is my first on the west coast and from clone which I am really regretting. I have some beans on the way in any event, if I chalk these guys up as a wash what do I do to kill any mites that may remain before I pop seeds? I have safers soap, neem oil, diatomaceous earth and some doktor doom. Are these worth saving? Any input is appreciated

If these are all you have at present they are worth trying to save. Transplant them first into new soil. Not from soil you already might have. In fact all you want to reuse are these clones. Ditch the containers and everything else temporarily. I would suspect contamination on anything and everything. Just organic soil or medium without fertilizers or plant food. Use fish emulsion in a weak solution to water.

Key is getting your environment ready for future grows and not just saving this one. What light?

Use carpet treatment from a veterinary supply that kills insects as well as controls egg hatches. Wash anything that can be washed with bleach and water at a 1:100 ratio (1 part bleach:100 parts tap water) including walls and ceilings. Seal any outside entrance into the room. Don't leave anything uncleaned.

Bad nute burn, how old are these scraggly looking things? you need to change medium as the mix you have put together does not work for dope. I would start again if i were you because you could be flogging a dead horse here, it takes a long time to recover if ever, in the mean time you could be growing healthy plants.
