For sure a mineral imbalance. Looks like Fe deficiency or lockout caused by improper ratios of nutrients. Or are they filtering water?

I replanted some seedlings into some nutrient rich potting compost, and they immediately did that.
Pulled them out and replanted them into neutral coco coir and they recovered fairly quickly.

I don't feed for first week at least, more like 2.

Check to see if the calMag the grower is using has plenty of Iron in it.
