A lot of folks avoid heavy N doses late in flower, so I'd stop adding it as top dressing after week 2 of flower to be safe.

Well, the soil should have a stockpile of N stored from the amendments you've been adding. EWC is always safe, and if your making you own you can increase the N in the castings.

I believe most heavy duty soil guys do not avoid the N quite so much. Probably good to avoid a big dose, but for me, I don't mind continuing on with a bit of kelp.

I really was trying to get an idea of what I could use to give it a boost for when I'm ready to flower since you need more P and K. There is bone meal in my soil and I know that's supposed to be pretty good, but I've been advised that bone meal is not good for a tea, as it takes forever for it to break down in water.

If your soil has a good amount of clay and humus, you'll have plenty of Cations stored (K+), and the initial dose of bone meal (I like fish bone meal) as well as some that you've top-dressed along the way will mean there's plenty. And if your Mycorrhizal Fungus is active, it will pull P from all over to pump into the plant. Too much P, interestingly, and the fungus backs off. I know there's a lot of debate about heavy P supplementation during flower, but I don't.

Maybe I'll just do one top dressing when it's time to flower and just let it rock out unless I notice a deficiency. Since I'm still on my first grow I don't want to get too carried away.
