Oh where to start lol...Hi and thanks for stoppin by.

so ive got a 4'x4' veg tent with a 400mh and a 4'8"x4'8" tent for flower.

currently i have 4 green dream in my first scrog attempt goin in the flower tent at day 36 and looking gorgeous.

i just sprouted 10reg Afghani Special(AS) from KC Brains had 100% germ rate and put them into 3" or 4"pots under a t5 for now. waiting on more seeds to show so i can start 10reg Bahia Blackhead(BB-also KC). i have plans of harvesting pollen from both of these strains to use on eachother and multiple other strains. but thats too far away...for now i'll just talk about the AS and the BB.

AS is 90%indica and BB is 75%sativa, which should make for a good cross.

and since there's not really much to say, here's a little teaser of the seeds ive got waiting

at some point every one of these is gonna be bred with at least one other strain in my garden...sounds like pure fun to me

decided to just go ahead and throw on the 400 today...sure gets warm in there with no fans, but they are on there way hopefully they'll show tomorrow or friday...

everyday that passes, my plants in flower look more and more D-lish...and oh so frosty. im very happy as its only day 36...im in the final stretch.

Does anyone else reading this use Soul Synthetics...pretty nice blend of organically and synthetically derived nutes...i used house & garden coco line in my last respectable grow and i think i like Soul better(which is sorta sayin somthin...was fairly partial to H&G)...any other opinions on the stuff?

hey there C Cat...thanx for stoppin in...and to ur ?no..i got the 400mh in the 4x4veg tent and am currently flowering under a 600hps in the 4'8"x4'8" bloom tent...got 2-3 weeks left

So i am germ'ing the Bahia Blackhead and i decided to germ all the autos aswell...curiosity got the best of me what can i say...so hopefully i'll continue to have 100% germ rate.

so all the autos had a taproot today and about half the BB did also, with the other half cracked so i looks like still havin 100% germ rate. put all the seets into rooting plugs to get started...all in all im a happy gardener

Also i got my new axial fans today...they are my exhaust fans sucking 231cfm out the roof of the tent...i set 1 up in the veg tent and it creates negative pressure...pretty cool in there now
i'm not gonna put the other in the bloom tent till after harvest and i can get in there to move some things around anyhow...and besides, the bloom tent doesn't get over 80-81* at the most.

All the autos have poked their heads outta the starter plugs...gonna put them straight into 3gal smartpots(from my reading around 3gal is the way to go with autos). about half of the BB were starting to break the surface...all of these will go into 4" pots to establish(just like the AS). Once all these sprouts have a set of 3fingered leaves i will set the lighting to either 18/6 or 20/4.

Veg tent:
the light is on a 18/6 schedule, all the AS are workin on their 3rd set of true leaves
all the BB are workin on their 1st set...still have 1 that hasnt broke the surface
all the autos appear to be workin on there 2nd set(except for the late entry ak)
everything looks happy

Bloom tent:
this is day 47 since the 12/12 flip
there's about a 90%/10% cloudy/clear
i cut a couple sample buds yesterday and they are drying right now
decided no more nutes, plain water for the next 7days
going to try 48hr of darkness before chop
that makes the chop a tentative july 10th

we shall see

well...its been awhile since ice talked here....

i chopped on 7/5(day 51)
everything is dried, trimmed, and in jars curing
pulled a total of 8oz dry of some dank



ive topped the AS and those are rooting now
about to top and clone the BB in the next cpl days
realized BB is 70% indica not 70%sat
i started 5of the 10 columbian gold seeds for breeding(supposed santa marta landrace sativa)
1 of the CG seedlings is a triploid...first ive ever had



1 of the auto purple showed sex already(fem) at the 4th node

wow its been awhile since ive posted in here....

ive decided not to do any breeding with the bahia blackhead...there were 3 mutants and a dud...in the end i came out with 3 fems but i dont really want to pass on the mutation recessive gene that i know is present in the one that didnt exhibit it.

i started one of the cheese freebies to take the place of the BB in my rotation...it sprung a root in less than 24hrs and is in a 2gal bag, it hasnt broke ground yet but soon im sure..

the AS seems to be a nice strain...ive got my keeper females and male...there was 1 that looked very much like it was throwing both male and female flowers very early in flower so i chucked it....hopefully the rest dont do this aswell

the columbian gold starts are nice and happy...going to top and clone them all soon so i can sex them out in the next couple weeks...oh and the triploid looks like it may actually be whorled phyllotaxy(sp?) which is exciting lol...

the green dream is going through crazy re-veg...it tried to flower while it was rooting...im happy cuz its branchy madness haha

i decided to start a sour strawberry diesel(t-light) seed which is supposed to be somewhere around 80% sativa but is growing fatter leaves than ive seen on a sprout...as long as its not an autoflower im not upset...was a freebie after all...and even if it does turn out auto then ill just start sumthin else...ive got lots that im excited to start...

the autos are moving along...they are about 6weeks since breaking surface...the 2 auto purples are a little further into flower than the auto ak's...im thinkin they are ready for some flower nutes(not quite yet for the ak's)

the bloom tent is 2 weeks into 12/12 and everything looks like the moment a firework explodes...not quite balls of white hairs yet...just b4 that moment...for mostly indicas, these really stretched...but it is sturdy growth, not spindly if that makes sense...in any case, im excited to see them go full bloom in the coming weeks...

So....its been a week and whats new

The bloom tent is 3 weeks in and starting to get frost on the AS...the BB are really showing their brazilian lineage now that flower has begun, really narrow leaves...the AS has this undescribable creamy sweet mocha caramel smell when u touch a bud, i cant wait for its developement

the bigger of the two auto purples is really showing purple...and that got me excited enough to start half my purple widow reg seeds...ill post pics of them once there is something to post lol

i've topped the CG starts and got them in plugs, no roots yet but they look healthy as can be...i havent put the starts into the flower tent yet...maybe another week of veg and i'll be satisfied...gotta be careful sincee its a mostly/full sativa

perhaps the SSD will show its sativa genetics once it goes full veg mode...or once its in flower...who knows

the cheese sprout is makin a go of it...seems a lil slow but its no slower than the SSD has been

in addition to the purple widow regs, i started 1 of my fem Green Love Potion(Black Domina x Lavender)...what can i say...i love variety
