shore up your light issues but The seed range is a suggestion. Ever grow tomatoes ? you would see when it's ready. I say that over time you know when its done when it looks tired and ready. My rule is if it says 8-10 weeks I always go 10 weeks plus but it's picable at 8. Those extra weeks are simply gaining weight at that point and yield is the focus you loose picking early.
