They make for nice eye candy...but I like natural myself...though I am not against a women getting a little adjustment if it makes her feel better.
 
my wife treated herself to a boob job 2 years ago. after 3 kids and turning 40, no matter how much she worked out her girls would never go back in place. my wife has always been in great shape, i wished she had got it done years ago.
 
Don't care for the over done ones. My ex got them done. She could have just went back to to the original's and looked good. lol the dd just don't fit.
 
Ladies: do what you gotta do to feel sexy. make sure you get a good surgeon and they'll look and feel just as natural as real ones. I won't discriminate against you!

Eww fake tits are for fake bitches, i was a 32C at age 13, not cool lol, but after a bad episode with depo i gained 40 pounds and lost 55 lmfao, bye bye boobies lol I'm a B now and very satisfied, i hate bras and like not having to wear one unless it's for fun or required with my outfit. I don't get why women want to risk death for tits, if men looking at ur chest is that important in life, u clearly wont live a very happy one lol ;)

Breast Implants...hmmm It's up to her or him. There nice to look at but, high maintenance.
Hey, guys take it from a 51 year old guy. Doesn't matter when you reach half a century in age. You play with them for a minute or two and just get to business. If your lucky.
 
my question is==after you have them done if they provide the same sensation when touched? I've heard that with some implants a girl loses the feeling in her nips--Who cares if they are bigger and perkier if the feeling is gone

ive heard a coupel chicks say they had no feeling in their nips....that was along tome ago tho
 
I only like them if they were done good.
I know one girl who got big ass scars from them and another whos are perfect.I guess it depends on the doctor.
 
fake boobs r weird. u never know what they will look like under the clothes. some are hot as hell and others look terrible and stuck on. sometimes u can tell if they have a lowcut shirt on and they move the wrong way and it contracts & distorts lol. i like real but good fakes r sexy too & iff you disagree, you've probably never encountered a pair. i have encounterd and i didnt mind them one bit, infact, they were quite perky and nice.

My friend is a surgical tech and he is always telling me how he had to fix some girls titts cause another Dr fucked them up.One time he had to fix some girls breast and it was somebody that we know gf.One nipple was way lower LOL.
 
If they look good dont mess with them. My girl now has fake ones and I love them. I like big fake ones (like a 34 D) then big real ones. I always liked smaller real ones myself.

There has recently been uproar in the UK. The government is attempting to place VAT (20%) on non-medical related consmetic surgery. The radio was chock a block of young twats crying up because they could no longer afford a tummy job or some new tits, it was nothing about vainity they assured us, they just knew their life wouldn't be complete if they didn't have it. Set me off laughing to no end. If someone is that insecure with their looks it is most likey a problem in their head, not their bra.
 
well, lot of women get the impression that their life would be so much better with bigger tits

and it kinda is true (very true in some cases)

its kinda like if men had their dicks on their foreheads and everyone was comparing them and admiring the big dicks (and them getting free drinks and shit from it lool(along with better and more job opportunities)
