I guess it doesn't have to be just tits, plastic surgery in general? Lipo, face lifts, tummy tucks, etc., does this say more about a person getting it or a society promoting 'beauty' as the ultimate goal to strive for?
A friend of mine is getting her tits done, she's pretty damn smoking even with a smaller rack and that's what her reasoning is. Which didn't make a whole lot of sense to me, seems similar to someone being upset they were black or brown skinned, then going to some doctor to be changed white... How can you have low self esteem regarding a physical trait you were born with that you can't naturally change yourself? (besides things like deformities or scars/birth marks)

ive read or heard somewhere that fake boobs decreases the chance for breast cancer but id rather be with a girl with real ones even if they are small.
