Holy Shit! What an episode. "Heisenberg..." "You're Goddamn Right!" Denying Jesse his money and getting doofy Todd to cook, Mike's lawyer flippin' and Walt killing Mike. I'm still dizzy. Now, to murder that lawyer and nine more guys. Walt's gonna be busy...
Holy shit, was I right. Walt was even busier than I predicted. That cook/distribute overseas/counting money montage was one of the best things on the show so far, a real work of art. As was the scene of 9 deaths, that was Scorsese style bad-ass. Did they use all of the methylamine? I find it hard to believe that his new partners would let him out of that contract. I also find it hard to believe Walt would have kept that book at all knowing what Hank knows, much less in the fucking bathroom . That was a little weak. Great cliff hanger, 8 more to go!

I saw scenes about overseas deals and the failure of Skyler to be able to add the amounts of money that was presented on the bands, but I only saw a montage of prison shankings/ one burning. There's no contract, but there was a sort of deal made, and yes, I agree that they won't just let him go back to his normal life. Walt was for sure buying that LMG in the first episode of this season in order to deal with these new partners, or the Aryan Nation. This leads me to believe that Hank isn't that much of a problem in the later episode...hopefully he is dead by this point. Any one person trying to take on the DEA by themselves with one LMG is a fool.

Other than the book in the bathroom bullshit, my biggest gripe with the writing took place with Mikes decision to have that dumb fuck lawyer deliver the money the way he did. Mike is a vet in the underworld. He knows how things work. A guy like that who knows that he has a DEA tail would not make the stupid decisions that he did. He would know for a fact that the DEA would eventually discover who his lawyer was, and would therefore be watching him. So he wouldn't have a guy that he knows would be watched by the DEA deliver the money to these fucks in safe deposit boxes. There is also no real reason that he wouldn't have had it delivered to the families of the guys in prison in one lump sum. The families are already accepting large sums of money from some guy, this means we can assume they know where it's coming from, and that they shouldn't make any stupid/large purchases that they couldn't explain to the IRS. In reality Mike likely would have found a much smarter/safer way to get the families their money in one fell swoop, they wouldn't be stupid with it, and things would have likely worked out fine in that arena. Just a short cut/cop-out in the writing if you ask me. Hopefully not a sign of things to come.

But the season isn't over. It's the half season ender. Whichever producer, etc began this idea of doing half seasons needs to be castrated. All that it does is annoy the consumer.

Clean and out with 5 extra large, the dumbfuck shoulda took it and been happy. I dont like how he jerked Jesse around either. I was very happy when Jesse got paid though. The moral of the story is don't be a greedy fuck.
