Hello, i'm a brazilian guy trying to grow cannabis for the first time, i planted some seeds back in october(like 5 or 6), but just one made to flower, it's been 3 months and some days since them, and i think my plant is doing well but the buds seems to be developing too slow(I guess i'ts the temperature, its summer here and brazil is pretty hot, 30º-32ºC inside the growdrobe), the seed is not a particular strain is just something i got from compressed weed.

The setup:
Lights: 150w HPS;
Ventilation: 2 PC coolers 12v;
Soil: nothing fancy, just something i got from below a avocado tree(i guess it's too compact);

i would like some hints to make my plant finish the flowering process with some fat buds, but i guess i'm doing well.

the first photo is from december 24, and the others are from the last week of january.

150w is why its growing so slow...that plant looks like a sativa..and they want all the light and then some. That soil has no nutrients in it and that plant is starving.
