My branches on my little guys and girls are growing to strong and sturdy to bend without breaking. My first guess is to pinch the plant a bit to help it bend. Just wanna make sure this is the correct way to go about this. I am trying to create a even manifold. It ia the first process of the training tech. Mainlining witch i know most of you guys know something on that subject.

Pinch the stem until it crushes, then it'll flop right over. I've used pliers to crush woody stems in order to train them. Once they get past the seedling stage, they are fairly resilient.

I have one plant that's the same way, I'm not sure if it's just the pheno type but I'm doing a scrog with 4 plants and 3 of them are easy to bend branches and train, but the one plant just has super thick branches that just don't want to bend.
I usually can manage bending them over with some resistance but super cropping does help make them do what you want. It also helps create some even thicker stems once it heals
