Bottomb leaves turning yellow. Normal?

How often do you water? Looks like a week of just water has left your media deficient, plant is feeding off the bottom leaves.

From what I've read, ideally one should flush to a lower PPM if necessary. Only water is towards the end.

Every 3-4 days, or when the pot is light

Stay on the nutes.
Don't over-react to burnt tips. They're nothing to worry about. Hell, half the pro pictures in High Times have burnt tips.
Just keep doing what you were doing. She looks good. Don't trip on the little things.

Simply not enough nutrients, you want yellowing lower leaves in the last week of flush though because it means the plant is purely using it's own nutrient reserves to fuel the development of buds! :)
