My bottom leaves have some yellow and Brown not sure if its nute burn or what

Looks like normal plant leaves to me.
Keep an eye on new growth for anything weird. Leaves will change as they age, just like everything else in nature.
 
I would not suggest cutting it. There is no point in cutting it if its still providing nutrients to your plants. Only prune leaves if they're more than 50% depleted of nutrients or dead.

I agree. forget all that pruning, cutting, cropping and training right now its too late. leave her be. she's concentrating on one thing right now and your gonna fuck up her concentration.
 
Haven't put her into flower yet just been vegging 24/7 under the metal halide I wanna start flowering around 3 months I still need a timer outlet I got a switchable ballast and plan on flowering with a hps bulb

It looks normal. Bottom leaves are old, and old means there will be flaws.

They are green, and the petiole looks healthy and yellowish green, so probably no deficiencies of mobile nutrients.
