Botrytis during Veg

As the title states I've got some outdoor plants in 25g pots. Two of them were clones I put out too early without acclimating daylight hours so they started to enter flower and reveged. Fast forward about 2 months and one of the two developed some botrytis about halfway up the plant on numerous branches. Besides being a risk of contaminating the other plants, I don't really want to cull the plant if I don't have to as it's a nice 6' bush. I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to salvage the plant or is it a lost cause? Pics in bit when in I can get to the grow.

If you wanna save the trics for hash, spray some stuff right into the bud/nug..even try low ph water only..need to get that tight space in the nug to be an uninhabitable space for the baddies

I would spray Zerotol and Oxyphos, from Biosafe, and then a couple of days later, spray sulphur.

Could be stem rot. Im
Botrytis in veg I honestly haven’t heard of. Im thinking stem rot not sure if its the same. I could be wrong….
This sounds like a likely suspect. It's just a patch of grey fuzz about halfway up the plant on like 7 branches, but it's all between the nodes on the branches

We had a cool wet spring this year in the pnw. That and I threw two of the plants outside without acclimating light hours. They went from 18hrs a day to about 14 and a half. On pheno handled it better than the other did. The one that started to flower did get some grey spots in the curled up leaves but I just lopped those branches and got rid of them. I'm thinking maybe I missed some and it spread.

Oh it's all over all the plants by now, that fungal game is no joke..not to scare you but you're short on time in keeping the others safe.

Thanks everyone I'll take the advice and give her the old chop tonight. Plan is to spray it with peroxide and then move it away before hacking her down. I've been spraying all the others with Canncontrol because I have it on hand for bugs but it says it's a fungicide as well. So far no spots on the other girls.

Whoa you don't need to cut it down.
I've had mould/rot whatever on a mainstem about 1" from the bottom, it didn't show itself quite like yours it was a dark soft patch, what caught my attention was the plant going downhill between morning and evening i knew it was a goner

So I cut the best shoots gave them a night in H202 mixture and put them in my cloner, they're now 8wks in flower.

I took her down last night. Inspected things again this am on the other girls and all still appears to be well. I'll hit them with another round of Canncontrol in a couple days. Honestly it's not a real big loss as this was a pheno I didn't particularly care for and I had no intention of running it after this outdoor plant. I still have one of my keeper cuts of Durban Tropegranate, 2 different Mexican Death Sativa, and a Sundog OG that's been flowering for the last 3 weeks or so.

I'm not too worried about keeping the genetics. I had been narrowing down which pheno I wanted to keep and that one didnt make the cut. It had issues with pest resistance and didn't have a good flavor profile on 3 different runs. Think a musky cedar/ pencil shavings kinda thing going on. Not my cup of tea. The only thing I liked was it stacked big old school type spear shaped buds.
