Botanicare PBP FLOWER--Hammerhead/MOAB help

Hey y'all, I'm running PBP flower with Liquid karma and calimagik. I'm on week four of flower, and want to start the Hammerhead/MOAB combo. My HH is the 2-4-10. Can anyone instruct me how to use this combo? I'm in soil and starting week 5.

I'm planning on finishing somewhere between weeks 8-10
