Boston friend

Hey all...I'm asking for a friend...she moved from Indiana to Boston because she is a tattoo artist...and she says Boston is dry, unless if you have a card of course...I told her she needs to get her card...I'm up here in Maine, but I'm not going to drive to Boston for her, and I told her about weedmaps and leafly apps...anyone have a suggestion? I find it kind of hard to believe that she is a tattoo artist with face tats and all over her body and even in the shop, she is unable to find some flower...any help you could tell me that could help her would be greatly appreciated.

U dont necessarily need a card. There are a few dispensaries in the state where u only need a valid ID (21+) The closest to the greater Boston area is called N.E.T.A. located in Brookline, MA. Its not the best a by any means, I personally don't go there but i have been a few times. It is the closest recreational dispensary to Boston, about 10-15 min by train from downtown.

All the pot shops in this state suck, the flower is always dry and harsh, edibles are not very consistent in dosage. I could go on for a while about this but I wont. If you dont believe me see some of the reviews on the pot shops and dont just read the 5 star ones. Prices are also crazy and that tax too. I suggest you support a local organic farmer this state gets enough money from tax that they do fuck all with, dont give them any more than what is required. There are only 2 places in the state that grow, they have their own shops but also supply the rest. You cant even look at a thing before you buy it, it's in a menu. My buddy was in a pinch paid 380 for a zip, after tax it was about 480 I think he said. Got home opened his brown bag that they put the product in and staple in front of you (you cant open the contents of the bag on the property) and only got a quarter. Called them and they said o00o tough luck. This is just one of the many crazy situations people deal with here. The pot shops are a scam and a joke and they dont care about their medical people either. That says a lot! Also, stay away from any vape products no matter where you get em, people dying up in this bitch!

Hi, I live in Massachusetts. Yeah, Cannabis is pretty inexpensive here. My wife and I go to Gage Cannabis in Ayer add have gotten some decent flower. (And some not so good.) They add least seem to be trying. It's a bit outside the city but the commuter rail stops in the center of town.

I try not to criticize the dispensaries. They are fighting some difficult rules and high tax rates. Criticise the politicians instead.

Dispensaries all over the state, REC and MED....No card needed, just expensive AF.
$340 a zee + 20% tax on REC in Mass........we talking 408 a zee..........ridiculous, can grow the same quality.

I guess I should be happy that I live in Maine...it's not that expensive, and you can grow your own....shatter is only $20 a gram, and it's good and clean, the bud is great cause we have THE best water in the country, and it's natural...you don't even need to filter it, it's pure right out of the ground with the perfect balance of minerals...come late summer early fall, this state smells more of skunk then it does of pine trees.

If she knows anybody around here she will most likely get some herb, you can get weed easily here in boston if you know any reliable connects. As for dispensaries tell her to not even bother; ridiculous prices, mid grade quality, less bud for more money.

If she is desperate and needs it for medicine, I can gift her some to hold her over. Not selling or bartering.

MA is rec legal, and they have legalized rec sales in shops. I haven't been to any though, so I have no idea what they are stocked with.

Im in Vermont and I keep getting these adds for people who drive around and gift you weed. I think there from Mass. In fact I have ones email if you want, was charging 150 a half ounce.

Nope, not me. I was being serious with gifting. No money. No barter. As long as it's a medical need and someone can't afford it. I've done it for members here.

But if people are doing that, bust there ass. They are going to cost us all the ability to legitimately gift it.

Btw, where do you see ads like that? It's a good place for cops to hang.

They are great in a pinch... Hit mine up whenever i get low.
The herb is always super dry though. Good or bad, depending on how you look at it.
