Bored Aerogarden grow

Hola, I had originally started growing with an AG but before I even started I decided I was going to out grow the AG. So I started a 12 plant dwc with a 600w MH/HPS, after about 3 weeks of flowering my res temps were getting too high and my girls died from root rot. Well I'm moving to a new house in about 1 1/2 months so I decided I'll fire up the ol' aerogarden throw in a few bagseeds and see what happens.

I hate root rot! There's pretty much absolutely nothing to fix it. Once it's noticed... your plants are 'already dead'.

That's the beauty of the AG...you just fire it up and badabing, badaboom...you've got a little grow starting!!

Bull shit root rot is completly reversable and avoidable get an aquarium airstone 6-8inch and put it in the rez. keep nutes right and keep all light out of the rez. once you notice some discoloration flush rez with clean purified PHed water and run for a week or two with no nutes then run 1/4 strength nutes either AG nutes or foxfarms read the AG faq first it works great. Read SICCs thread or LURKs . my grow is going great. A drop of SUPERthrive goes a long way and you can get it at walmart.
You dont have to keep the ag hood attached if they get tall, i have 10-12 bagseeds growing now and they are healthy as shit and look to harvest in about 4-5 weeks. pop into my thread 6 week in and see what a cheep AG grow looks like.

OK WTF did you not get! ROOT ROT or growing in the AG i thought i made it simple AIRSTONE KEEPS TEMPS DOWN so root rot is immed avoidable!

What is the problem did i fuck something.

What are you looking for?

Air stones do not keep res temps down. you can see my grow here:https://www.rollitup.org/dwc-bubbleponics/172072-first-grow-northern-lights-leds.html I tried everything to stop root rot and nothing worked. Since I'm about to move, I don't feel like messing with the whole set up I had going so I'm trying the AeroGarden out.

I am currently in the AG and as of now the results are fuckn awsome give it a go and start a thread showing your progress. Good luck. i will be watching!

Thanks don't expect alot because I only have about 1 month left where I live so I'm going to 12/12 in 3 or 4 days so maybe I can get some bud for the move.

I added 1tsp of FF Grow Big and 2 tsp of Big bloom. Like I mentioned earlier my last grow was destroyed by root rot so as a preventative measure I went ahead and added 10ml of hygrozyme, I don't know why but these girls came out of the seed with the tips a little bit crispy before I even fed them nutes, the new growth looks good.

I'm moving in 28 days, I don't think they are going to be finished. If they aren't I'm just going to move them with me, where I'm moving is only 2 hours away.

I changed the res and instead of using my FF nutes I'm going to try these GH nutes I have. Has anyone used these before?

Heres what I used:

5ml FloraNova Grow
5ml FloraNova Bloom
10ml Flora Blend
2.5 ml Liquid KoolBloom
10ml FloraNectar
10ml Hygrozyme

Haven't used them, but there good, im buying some for my next grow, 3 part series, simple and easy to use, they look great man, keep it up

The girls look like they are loving the GH mix, I was nervous because when I followed the mix directions it my maxed my ppm meter out over 2000 ppm, but they look great.
