Bonsai Marijuana

sorry if you thought I had a pic, but I have a bonsai plant in my house so the got me thinkin, what if you actually bonsaied a plant? some people in here have done bonsai-like grows, and I respect that, but what if you did a real bonsai with the tiny pot and root binds and topping and all that?

The leaves would still be the same size I would assume, why not give it a try ;)

but WHY?

you do a bonsai by starving them of nutes, you would get horrible buds!


but it IS a cool idea

it would probably work out better with a lowryder strain but it would be more impressive with a regular strain

I think im going to do this man! just for fun! and I have no weed for this weekend so it will give me something to do.

You don't starve 'em of nutes. You trim the branches and leaves on bonsais and trim the roots every x amount of months to prevent the plant as a whole from growing. Since marijuana fully matures (In terms of size) in under a year you'd have a high maintenance , very hands on bonsai going on.. which in my opinion sounds very fun.

Give it a go.. Low ryder would be the ideal strain.. but less impressive.. If you could like keep a lowryder really small though, yet mature that would be awesome!
