bodhi seeds

For all the outdoor growers out there, what bodhi stuff have you run that has been hearty and mould resistant faster flowering the better?, looking to purchase some seeds that suit my climate (New Zealand sort of sub tropical) is really good for growing but as the season is ending can get a lot of rain. Is all guerrilla grew so don’t have the luxury of checking the girls every single day.
Blueberry hashplant performed well outdoor in a guerilla garden for me. Mountain temple did pretty good as well. Chem D x ssdd did ok outdoor too, it made some really loud stanky bud for sure

Update on ‘88G13hp x Day 56 Headband
Also a warning on pollen contamination

Buckle up buckaroo…

I realized I accidentally pollinated my girl. There is a disc golf (DG) course nearby that has marijuana plants. I am hoping this is some guerilla breeding. I first came upon a male and pulled it as I thought I was doing a service. Then I saw a female planted right next to him. A fellow golfer said “there has been hemp at Acorn for years” but I’m hopeful someone was making seeds. From what I can tell it is a very thin leafed plant. I’ve attached a blurry picture of that plant.

I’m sure I got home excited to see my young plant and touched her with my dirty dirty hands. My whole plant isn’t pollinated but she’s pretty preganernat.

I’m coming up on 64f and am just starting to see bits of Amber. New aromas have arrived. Instead of solely earthy and herbal tones I’m getting lemon lime lollipop with some mild gas. A lot of sweetness.

I’m hoping to chop in a few days but I’m trying to be patient.

Definitely learned a lot and plan on being more diligent about washing my hands

Any thoughts and criticisms are welcomed. I’ve learned a lot from these threads.View attachment 5340715
Last update Day 56 Headband x ‘88G13HP

harvested 2.5 oz of seeded weed in my 2x2 tent.
It turned out great! Definitely has that headband taste and effect. Smoking a joint of it takes me back 15 years. image.jpg

Mine are about 4 weeks into flower! They smell very gassy/Ogish!! What would you rate potency?
I’ve got a low tolerance so I’m not the best judge. I love the effects though. Somewhat heady with a relaxing tail end. Great to either play music or veg out to dumb comedy to.
My plant only had a bit of that gas aroma. Very herbal. Tastes amazing though. Does your plant have that OG stretch? My buds were very dense but spaced out between nodes quite a bit.

So far she hasnt stretched much maybe 1.5X? Shes very bushy! But that could be due to sexing/cloning/reveg lol. Has alot of bud sites and they are packed in from top to bottom. It could probably benefit from LST early on. But we shall see! Im hopeful from the smells shes putting off!

There were a few anecdotal accounts in this thread. I think loompas is a different cut of OG called Underdawg. I’ve done some diving and haven’t found too much about day 56 headband.

I do have Bodhi’s cocoon which has loompas cut.
Maybe a pollen Chuck of that and the day 56 hb x ‘88g13hp ‍

Does anyone know anything about the 56day headband. I wonder if it came from lazy lightning? Is it from anything with loompas HB in it is what I am really curious about.
Another thread on it.

Currently running Bodhi’s Nepali whp x Everything, Kali Mist x Everything, and some Purple Lemon Thai.
I got some Watermelon Dragon pollen from 7east genetics.
One of the plants had crazy stretch and vigor from the first set of leaves. Is this trait of stretch/vigor/lankiness a desirable trait or would something more compact be more desirable? I thought it was super impressive but I see how it could be a detriment for home growers and tent growers

refined by mr bob hemphill and circulated via duke d and skunk va, the 56 day is in no way related to loompa

the original was a pick of a very large seed run from mandelbrot, a cut is still circulating via his brother ben of emerald mountain legacy, not sure if its the original but I would bet the farm it kicks ass

this strain paid many lucky growers mortgages for damn near a decade, and for good reason, it was always the first jar to go empty

disclaimer in case you want to argue: I am a dumbass and I dont know shit

I have a feeling ghash had compact plants, lanky plants, and everything in between. People see hashplant and think compact Deep Chunk looking plants and I dont think that is the case, I have never seen a grouping of ghash plants I am just going by the offspring with different females. I imagine there would be a percentage that would be compact but there would be lanky ones as well. Dont know which one of those variations the male he selected was but it had all those possibilities in its genome i am guessing, Either way I would vote it greatest male ever used.

I have to admit this is my first cross with Bodhi's HP. That being said I am fairly confident of the labelling of the leaners.
The TK leaner checks all the boxes of TK OG .
The one I have labeled HP leaning matches what is widely regarded as HP growing traits.
That is how leaners are identified as far as I know.
I will share pics of the HP leaner when I chop it for comparison.

Cheers :)
