Boards for a veg light build

Hello all,
Looking to build three seed starting fixtures to light a 2x8‘ and 2-6’ space. I’m looking at hlg 132/120 boards as well as the atrium 144 ones. Are there other boards that can be run non heatsinked from other manufacturers? Thought of doing a strip build but that’s a lot of wiring, trying to keep it simple. I’m replacing this ancient light rack with a concrete countertop bar I just built.

You want to look for something with low diode density if you want to keep them that close.
You could just get regular qbs, they work well with no heatsink on soft, but they pack in a lot of diodes in a small place which means you can only power them very soft before you get too strong intensity at that low distance.
Strips, low density boards like the boards you mentioned or even the meijiu FoTop boards would work well. The fotop is nice because its large, about 1' x 3', so one board 2 connections is fast to work with.
Personally id probably rec bridgelux vesta strips, they have a dual spectrum 5000k/2700k so you can really dial in stretch and structure which could be nice in with a height challenged grow. But it would involve loads more wiring. No matter what id rec you to go with a try and see approach rather than all in; do a section first
