Nice work and yes you can top the middle just make sure if anything starts shooting off and growing a lot higher just do more LST to make sure everything is around the same level

Well I cut two clones too I think I did it right I was nervous lol are they too little? I turned the light off I read to leave in the dark for a day or two? They are on a heating pad. Soaked the cubes in clonex water and dipped them in clonexView attachment 3292179View attachment 3292180 View attachment 3292181

Yes the clones are small by that's okay they are the perfect little clone they will grow like a seed as there are not other nodes coming off from it

Yeah ill do that I'm astonished by the rate of growth of the little chutes underneath that get light they explode once you open up the middle of the plant. I'm about to flip the light on full power screw it lol Idc about electricity, heat was my main reason for getting these area 51 :) woke up and my clones are dropped over heard it was normal not really worried if they live I have plenty of seeds just wanna practice

Yeah i failed on my first time doing clones but like you say i had seeds so didn't mind this time all my clones rooted some in 10 days some took 16 but they all rooted so was happy

also i need to get some string or something all my colas on the jack are getting to heavy and laying down on the scrog net so i need to make sure i tie them up before they snap :)

I found once you see the clone start to turn yellow that's seems to be when she is making roots and bam one to two days later roots will show

I one up ya on the bug thing , I saw two fungus gnats I do believe killed them and can't see any in the soil or anything I've already sprayed with azamax foliar once but think I'm gonna have to water in some azamax when she cries out. Idk if I should be worried , but I'm not really unless more than two show up. Only thing I don't like about led so far is that soil dries out slower next time I think I need to add some more perlite to the roots organic Idk maybe that will help or I have some roots organic coco palms that I layer the soil with because they recommend to cover it with that blah blah so the soil doesnt compact. I don't really wanna switch from soil I enjoy interacting with the plants I favor hand watering guess I'm weird. I'm only at 40% RH I guess because it's 27°℉ outside and theirs not much moisture in air but temps are only 73.5

No shit hey its bull crap someone says nah don't worry about them next person THEY KILLED ALL MY PLANTS!

haha i will soon find out gnats are a pain in the ass more on the eyes but make sure you kill them get some of the yellow sticky traps they will let you know if they are getting out of control if they get to crazy just use Gnat nix

I had them this grow as well only a couple i killed them with the apply cider and lemon dish wash trap worked really well :bigjoint:
if they get to out of control your yield will feel it as there babies feed on your root system and one female can lay 300 eggs :)

Don't stress but at the same time don't get lazy your in veg you can let your soil really dry out and that will kill the babies then just keep a eye on them they only live for 8 days of some shit but then again 8x300 is a lot of new Gnat

BUGS i hate! well the ones that fuck with my weed the others that leave me alone can live:fire:

I'm gonna have to prune up the bottom cut some fan leaves off It's so compact that I can barely get my hands in underneath to water haha

Yeah Trimming as you go is better for the plant less stress i like to clear all the bottom out so its easy to look at the coco and hand water them feel how wet the soil is
