Is it helpful for quality yield and potency, through a full growth cycle, or is is better to substitute a little higher wattage and worry less about max levels of blue light?
Basically looking at an HLG 320 xl rspec and a 260 qb 648. The 320 gives more watts, but the 260 provides more blue light for veg growth.
