Blue Hash in an AeroFlo36 2k watt and extras

Well I'm gonna try this one more time. I did complete the last journal I started,but with the data loss on RIU a couple months back it pissed me off I lost so much I said screw it. I'm back and in action now still trying and learning new things of course I can't quit trying new things LOL. So this time there will be every few day notes etc. for myself and for you all to learn from also or if I'm doing something wrong you guys can help me improve. There will be weekly updates with pictures <and please give advice and ask questions> I will be buying a new laptop in about 2 weeks as mine was stolen so please bear with me as I'm on a smart phone for now. I just took the clones 2 days ago everybody knows what clones in an auto cloner look like so ill try an post phone pics if I can. So for now were just waiting on roots and then its on.

So here goes all info for now.

Room size is 10'wX8'lX7't with inset closet that's 4'lX2'w (may end up bein clone/mom room)
System- AeroFlo36 with water chiller
8" (reduced) to 6" inline-fan with speed controller
Mountain air carbon filter
Humidifyer as needed and always for clones
De-humidifyer as needed mostly in flowering
Air purifier
2-1K lights with mover if needed <sun system 3s>
2-4' 8 bulb T5s for side lighting
4" wind tunnel inline-fan (for incoming air) plus small 105cfm fam for extra fresh incoming air flow
25 gallon Co2 tank and regulator
SOON TO COME AN EXTREME GREENHOUSE CONTROLLER

And also if any one runs a chiller you know they put off a lot of heat when your trying to keep a room cool so I'm in the process of building a ducting device to go on the heat output part with a fan sucking the heat away.

I'm goin to run the AeroFlo36 1 maybe 2 more times while I'm working on my design for either a R.D.W.C. system or an ebb & flo system. Reason being the AeroFlo36 is to crowded the 2 forementioned are perfect for spacing and no over crowding. The AeroFlo36 an aeroponics in general is the best and fastest IMHO. So that's why I'm working on a hybrid system for myself.

Can't wait to get growing hope everyone is as ready as I am. I will also draw a design an layout of the room along with pics. I have 27 clones in an auto-cloner an 10 in soil-less mix in coco cups. If I can get the pics with my phone I will if not I will have my new mac book pro ASAP.

Ok I did figure out how to upload pics from my phone,I'm just glad I have a really good camera on my phone so it won't be bullshit pics they will be of decent quality. I just have to take the pic then go name it otherwise all pics show up as image 1,2,3,4,etc. So I will take them name them an upload some later on today.

I may be moving out of my AF soon for the same reasons as you----with the same opinion of them too. I really like mine and I know it so well I can leave it for days on end and not worry(knock on wood!), and the fast growth still amazes----cause I switch between it and and an old flood table each run(they over-lap, 'cept the AF always catches up with the table..... But I bought a new UC system and when my new building is done(barn) I 'll do a room for just like a dozen or so (trees!). The shed I use now is getting pretty sketchy with all the changes over the years and needs a complete rebuild.
Have you checked out CAPS PPM4? Cant beat that price for what it does.....
Yes, chillers kick out some heat, eh........Can you plumb it from outside the growing area?------->this is the one big thing I have left to get(Chiller) myself.....and I run real high now too w/co2, but I have to come up with a solution to cool the res temps.....they been getting to 80 quite regular for the past year+ so I 've been running cannazyme real heavy to strip the roots and compost everything and been getting by......against everyting I know to be true too, haha.....
Check out the ppm4.......I am always above 3500ppm, which it's supposed to be at or above too 5000?-----but I was only going through about 1/2 lb a day of co2.....thought it's be lots more than that, so I got a meter to check it out----it right and a 20lb tank last me almost a month!----oh, it is completely sealed too which helps.......

Sup GDWM! That cloner looks cool, but I see what you mean about the leaks. Maybe the sprayers are too close to the top. Try and lower them if you can, or turn down your pump if possible. What kind of solution are you using for the clones? Using clonex liquid it took me 11-12 days to get roots. Your set up looks pretty cool. I like how you have added Co2 and a carbon filter. Both of which I need. My 2 side neighbors always tell me they can smell my grow. Fortunately they both smoke! Anyway, looking forward to seeing the ladies grow up! Good Luck!

What temps are you letting your cloner get to?? your fine into the lower 80's......mine regularly runs at a minimum 82.....the the lowest I can get the ambient temp to that room here in the house.... I 've never had any issues at all, no bs.....with usually 100% within 8-10 days, just tap water not even pHed, or anything. I never noticed anything happen quicker useing clonex or that olivias stuff, so gave that up a long time ago. Yeah, that thing looks to be a leaker alright. That neoprene tight? Could cut one to fit around that hose and power cords.......? Something I have to do about every three months give or take, is to replace the rubber gasket as the glue on the sticky side does seperate from the rubber after while for me anyway...still looking to figure out something with out getting a shop model: something where the lid sits inside the upper most rim, you know........yada yada........
So your chiller......what is it and how well does it work and what do they cost---and are you happy with it? Is that ducting blowing enough/plenty of air to it?
Couple of more ideas for you and I 'll leave you alone, lol! You know the manifold you have laying there on a res or something?---> That part is completely rebuildable with stuff from home depot or wherever..... I took mine and spaced them about a foot more appart.....you can also run them outlets so every other one is forward then backwards, like the add on kits..... Mine is just a 2 channel af20 so I only had to seperate the two about a foot or so....then you saw and remember the one I made a few years ago? I ran it one time----you just cant diy these things when it comes to the channels and 'laser drilled' lines, lol, but serious--- I sure couldn't. But I am just sayin'......you can spread that thing around the room more to what your talking about rwdc sysytem, just not have the height. I way stoned(oppps, medded up!) and maybe not making sense--- I 'll come check/edit in the tomorrow....haha, in the, shit, it is tomorrow.....and what about plumbing that chiller to outside the grow??--doable? I dont know at all, just curious as that was my idea of how I 'll do mine when I get a chiller, if it'll work.

Still working on getting all these pics up. Nothing really to report right now there growing doing there thing. I lost 1 that was in the soil-less coco other than that there just doing there thing. Come on clones let's go the aero-flo is fiening for you and your roots. I cent wait to get going
