Blue dream plant leaves looking sick

Week 3 flower.
Soil grow.
Water when dry.
450w quantum board led.
Leaves looking weird thought it was nitrogen toxicity flushed 4 days ago in bathtub not sure how much water left it running for 10 minutes. Flushed again today as plants had dried out and nothing had changed. pH of tap water 6.9 pH run off 6.6. I know it's not ideal but flushing in my tent with scrog setup is near impossible.
Used 20 - 10 - 40 flower nutrients at 1/3 strength within a few days plants went n toxic now have purplish stems and still looking sick.

Wasn't checking pH as my old bluelab broke and took 2 weeks to get a replacement.

The tops seem to have perked up a bit but the lower growth has gotten worse. The lower growth has clawing sick leaves but not straight down like N toxicity does. Leaves feel frail and have purple/red lines on the leaf. I phed today and fed 6.9 tap water it came out at 6.5. I then fed the same plant my nutrient which came out at 700 ppm500. 20-10-40. This came out at 6.0 ph before watering and runoff was at 6.5 also. Is this the dolomite lime acting as a buffer? I was just doing both to see if im getting any super wack readings but ph of runoff doesn't seem to shift from 6.5-6.6 despite dropping the initial watering ph.

No wind directly on the plant including using an oscillating fan. Fans should blow over or around.

Its kinda hard to tell my phone as my old one broke and its really hard to get good pictures. Have lifted the light and put the oscillating fan on the lowest setting aimed to the roof of the tent so there is a very gentle breeze instead of a hurricane. Seems like they are bouncing back as the tops have gone hairy again and started swelling a lot better. Think it was the combination of light stress, Wind burn and some n toxicity so it seems to be fixing its self.

Once again sorry about the pictures plants don't really look sick in pictures but compared to my others the top leaves look really sick. Have gone back to a 1/4 dose feeding schedule of 2.1.4 monitoring ph and watering until 25% runoff to still flush out the salt buildup as I wasn't getting much runoff before maybe 5% with a heavy salt synthetic nutrient

Here's a bit of a update. Light is now 50cm away from the top of the canopy and plants seem a lot happier
