Yes; the idea is to keep a relatively small footprint while maximizing production. The pot you see pictured is just the test system. The version I'm working on now has two grow-sites per system. Each with its own 10"Wx20"D pot and internal root-soaker system.
My idea is a "personal" outdoor growing device that can be used to punch out 6oz.-2lbs. of bud every month - with a first harvest in June (or even May).
Why wait till October for your personal stash? Hell, start enjoying it earlier in the summer instead. More grow opportunities per summer also accelerates the learning curve (sort of like online poker can).
By the way, my new device also features insulation, camouflage, semi-automated feeding & watering, a plant tie-down system, "micro-climate" affects, and of course - a way to impose total, absolute darkness. I'm not at liberty to post pix of my current version yet but I do intend to post all I have of the test devices. That way, everyone can simply make their own gear.
