Blue Cookies - where to purchase?

I'm planning the roster for my second grow and really want to find a seed for the Blue Cookie strain described here at Leafly. I've found some versions on Crop King and Dutch Seed Shop although I'm sure of the authenticity of those sites. Additionally, I found Blueberry Cookies bred by Dinafem Seeds although from what I can tell their version is mostly an attempt to replicate Blue Cookies. From what I dug up, this is one of those strains you mostly are unable to find seeds for and would need to find a clone. Unfortunately, due to my location clones are not an option so would love to find the closest thing to the original as possible.

Any input or advice is appreciated!

I'd avoid crop king and dutch whatever. Dinafem is solid but I doubt they have blue cookies as opposed to some strain they're calling blue cookies.

Cannarado did some blue cookie crosses I think. Probably better choice that those European offerings.

I think greenline has some crosses over at gloseedbank

I’d highly recommend Red Eyed Genetics Blueberry Iced Cream. It’s blue magoo x emerald city cookies and checks all the boxes. JBC should have it in stock.

Is Dinafem a reputable source to get seeds? Will they actually come or is it a scam?

Pretty sure they are legit. I wasn't so sure about Crop King and Dutch Seed Shop. I also found a Blue Cookies strain at Pacific Seed but I've heard they are in fact scammy.

I was going to order Dinafem's seeds through Herbies which is where I ordered my first batch of seeds. Everything I received from them was solid.

have you had any experience with the dinafem online store (dinafem.org)? why do you choose to go through third party retailer instead of directly from dinafem? is herbies very reputable and should i also use herbies?

I’ve smoked blue cookie before ... it’s allot like blue dream. Damn near one on my fave blue dream crosses ... but it’s kinda a daytime smoke not too heavy. Your best bet would be to find a clone.

I don't have direct experience with Dinafem. They just seemed like a valid option after looking into a few of my options. The reason I'd go through Herbies instead of directly through Dinafem is because I'm interested in growing strains from multiple seed banks and it made sense to consolidate the shipment. Herbies has great customer service and discrete shipping; I went through them because they seemed like one of the few sellers that were legitimate. Quickly found out there's a lot of scams / BS seeds out there!

That's what it seems like! I work in the field of data and anytime I start a hobby, like this, I tend to start by gathering any data I can. For this, I scraped every piece of information I could from Leafly (~4k strains but about half that with valid data IIRC) and Blue Cookies was the top strain --to summarize I ranked them out using a formula that accounts for the average review score and number of reviews. Naturally, many of the top hits are pretty difficult to find.

I live somewhere where clones aren't really an option but hopefully I can stumble across one someday.

I was actually creeping on his post before this. I should've PM'd @Powertech . Would definitely love to know where he got seeds!

@shane2208 Sorry, but I didn't buy the seeds anywhere. They were from some buds I think got missed when my supplier at the time was making some seeds. I don't buy flower anymore, but if you are in NorCal I can direct you to where I got it. I still have a few i'm saving to possibly make my own seeds with, but i'm a ways away from being at that point

I scored some Blue Cookie beans through a group on FB called "Notmymonkeys420" . I believe that the person carrying these said they came from a reputable seed grower in Michigan.
