How many weeks til finish do you begin using and at what strength?

Im 3 weeks into flower with 6 remaining.
Would you suggest using it now in small amounts and increasing or waiting til more towards the 4 wk mark?

i remember using that stuff, it's sweet and sickly smelling but f.me it literally covered the plants in crystal overnight... use some now and maybe once every week something like that. that shit works!
