Blaze & Daze

Humidity does make heat exponentially less tolerable, but I have to imagine that the truncated length of summer might make it more tolerable for myself lol.

Really never understood why people liked to comment about heat in GA, I always found it more than tolerable lol.
I got here June 23 and it’s been hell ever since. Before that I was on the west coast and honestly I haven’t endured an East coast summer for possibly 20 years. I did grow up in nj and lived in Philly and Boston then left for Cali came back to Pittsburgh for school for 3 years and left April 2005. Lived all over this country. Florida an entire year. Mississippi for a summer, Colorado a year, Hawaii , Oregon 3 years. Washington 8 years, Cali many. Tucson Arizona where got my phone number and still have. 520 area code. Now I’m in the 603. But did Oaklahoma for 2 years . Still much to see. It’s a balancing act that I could do a bit better with seasonal adjustments in mind. But with travel assignments the job and money make sticking around negotiable, weather takes a back seat . But living arrangements, lol, that’s the kicker. Still have a lot to learn about being a nomad.

Oof. Been trying to get my muscles back. I miss being built like a brick tiny house. My core is sore, my shoulders are heavy, can't get a bicep pump to save the world. But it sure is fun trying. If only i still had knees that work. I miss squats an odd amount...

Muscles beep
I’m in the same boat mate , haven’t worked out in a year or so . Been training last few weeks , sore all over . Feel good Though
