I'm at where the hottest can get to around 105 with humidity. Id take your weather,to hot to breathe here. But snow comes in November to March a long winter.

Might be for a margarita or cocktail, but honestly never just seen it for a coffee drink! But my coffee method is take mason jar, put 30 grams of ground beans in, fridge it, then drink 8 to 24 hours later. I never buy it out unless I am travelling. But at a fancy shop you may be very right! I always assumed those dustings were cocoa powder... hmmmm
