Yeah. It's a common watersnake. This is a great example why triangular head is not a good identifier for venomous snakes. Notice the vertical black bars on the jaw line and the fact it doesn't have a scale covering the top of the eye like a little ledge almost and that tells you that it's a watersnake and harmless. Plus those googly eyes are a giveaway as well. Haha
Looks like a yellow bellied water snake which are harmless. They resemble water moccasins a lot but the mocassin has slitted pupils not round. We had water mocassins where I played disc golf in college in North Carolina and they were mean snakes. If your disc landed down along the creek you had to decide just how much you really liked it to begin with lol.
