So if i downsize to 2 gallon pots, roughly 1 brick per pot. Will cost me about $50 for 8 plants.

Any better brand coco to buy?

OMG I tried it once! You have to buffer it to set the CEC (cation exchange capacity) then you have to add nutrients to a base level and constantly water with no lower than say 250-300 PPM (.25 ec) to maintain your CEC. Plus it itches and feels like I'm stuffing a pot like an Easter Basket, never again.

I use the same Canna Coco @Laughing Grass uses cut about 30-50% with xlg perlite and it's fabulous and not picky.

PS you can reuse it and I have but I use it as top dressing in my outdoor gardens.

I am pretty fortunate that none of my neighbors seem to care that I smoke. I stand a good distance away from my place ( Mrs. Starecase isn't a fan of the scent ) and I know that the smell of my stuff travels at least three properties away but they don't care. And one of them partakes occasionally.

While Mrs. Starecase is not a fan of that weed smell, she has become a big fan of tinctures/infused booze. I attempted one infusion with 80 proof rum but she only gets the buzz when she adds 2 to 3 tsp. of the rum to the mix.

I don't have enough cured bud right now but when I do, there's 1L bottle of Everclear ready to be infused. 10 grams in one 250 ml. cup of 190 proof stuff otta do it.

You have been killing it with shorter veg times, so maybe I have been going about this wrong with longer ones!! 2 gallons seems so small, but I see it. Actually I have some in 3 gallon bags right now that are quite large in veg, waiting to go outdoors so I can see 2-3 gallons being big enough.

I am all about working smarter, not harder, and electricity is not cheap here!!

I was searching for your grow journal but couldn't find it.

I have to remember this is a whole different game, and I don't need 10 g bags to supply nutes.

The bigger bags did make a difference on yield with soil. I switched from 10 g to 7 g and my yield reduced proportionately.

OK, time for a trip to the garden store....I need to do something more today!

I was lazy and didn't finish my journal. :oops:

I did end up with some fantastic smoke from Annie's GG#4... it's the one on the left. I'll start a new journal with the clones once I get the new room fired up next week.

We have that and the county landfill 10 miles south is on fire as well. Advised to close windows and dont go outdoors if you have a condition. I know they're asking the feds what to do. It smells pretty bad even here

No coal mines involved in this Landfill fire right we don't want to have another Centralia on our hands
