Well the 2+ inches of rain did come, and probably more. About 10:30 last night, just as i was getting ready for bed, my basement water alarm went off. Break out the shop vac.
I have this awesome new shop vac though, that has a pump built in. You hook a garden hose up to it and it pumps the water out. Soooo much easier than emptying it every 2 minutes.
Looks like another chilly week. Next week will be beautiful....Murphys law!
