Blaze & Daze

Busking at Lincoln Park Zoo. This spot is funny, because the zoo hates me but the cops love me. This statue isn't technically on zoo property, but the zoo pretends that it is. It is on Chicago Park District property, so the cops have the final say. Whenever I start playing, a zoo official comes out to threaten, and after a couple minutes of spirited arguing (and the crowd booing the official) I simply say, "call a cop..." Sometimes they actually do. The cop puts them in their place, and the zoo official just slinks away. It is a fun dance, and a great opening sequence to another session of Adventures in Busking.

I accidentally made enough dough for like 5 more pizzas... Too much pizza? No such thing.

Calzones and pepperoni bread!

Not quite feeling like I can fill my robes the past couple days.

Coffee is hot, doink is started.

I keep forgetting to flip my flowering tent to the timer when I need to do an early watering. Or maybe it was a late night peak before lights out yesterday evening. Hit the bubble hash a little hard.
The girls were sad and a little dehydrated given their extended day. Gave them a drink, and moved my outside gals to their spots for hardening. Think they will be outside most of the day. Day 10ish of hardening, and weekend plans for transplanting are still on.

Blessed are those who can focus on the long weekend, and not the anticipated long day, ahead.
