Propane out here in the Rurals! Love cooking on flame.
We use cast iron fry pans and Dutch oven well over 90% of the time.
Been doing so for 20 years or more.

Our Canadian friends are giving us some cold air this week in teens at night, some snow in morning not as much as DW. At least in 50s next week
