Low was 48 this morning with a 10 MPH north wind blowing, it is a bit nippily out there. Had to break down and get a shirt with sleeves, the dog got must have gotten ahold of this one because there are little chew holes in it.
Seems the gas in my can went bad so now I have a dead lawnmower, I just can't win recently. Now to figure out how to get it to the repair shop...
Mornin, I guess. :???:

This is my second time. I usually wet trim but everyone agreed the first try was special so I'm continuing for now. And I've seen growers I respect here advocate for whole plant drying, I'm just leaving them in the pot instead of chopping them down and hanging. Air movement and no high humidity this time of year, tent is still on exhaust for air exchange. I'll put them in Grove bags when the buds have 12 to 14% moisture left in the stems, measured with a wood moisture meter.
Really cool. Ive hung up large whole plants to dry. They take longer, for sure.
The method your currently using seems easy going.
Why measure the stem for moisture? Is that a more accurate way to measure?

might wanna consider using that non-ethonol gas they have out at the pumps, the fuel last longer and it doesn't kill the motor, it's usually bout a $1 more, than reg unleaded js.....that what i use, if i can't get that i'll come over to the shop and borrow some VP c9

I was learning about Grove bags on their website and that was their recommendation. I do mean the stem of the bud itself, not a branch or the plant stem. It was always a mystery when to start jarring, lots of myths and lore out there, I like the decisive nature of reaching a measurable data point.

Good afternoon. The internet back on at last this morning. The power was back on in 2 1/2 days but my ISP provider, Spectrum, took much longer. I paid for a hotel room but stayed put during Milton. My house was under the top yellow line in the hurricane path cone. The house shuddered a couple of times, enough to shake my bed and wake me the first time. That is a scary feeling. Then the flood water from the rain got to within 9" of coming in. Luckily we had a negative storm surge. I'm soooo lucky I am. Bought a Lotto ticket.

Scary. We're glad you're okay and your house is still standing.
