Never much cared for it either.
OK for a piece or two but more than that...no.
1.) Place the Carp (seasoned with butter and garlic) on a wood plank.
2.) Cook the cedar plank Carp on your BBQ for about 10 minutes so it gets a nice smokey flavor.
3.) Once the Carp is cooked, throw it away and eat the wood plank.

Carp can be very nice, just cut of and throw away belly fat.Never much cared for it either.

I had cajun blackened catfish that was pretty good. Might have been the spices more so than the fish.

Bad groundhog problem this year. I have no bush beans and all of my poll beans 30" and down are stripped clean leaves and all. Planted them 3 times. No peas also.

He’s doing great, thanks for asking . Slept right through to 4am. Took him out to pee then right back to bed. Pain meds slow him for like an hour then he’s back to full on spaz. He really misses his morning wrestle.
We ditched the donut last night and got him a surgery recovery suit. Seems to be a lot less stressful for him.
