Are they hollow? Cut in half and see, then soak in cold water to get any bugs out. Dump the water where you want them to establish. It's not something that establishes easily but you can help. If they are hollow it's most likely morels. A false moral is not hollow. Man that's some good luck if you can have them right there! Nice!
 
@shnkrmn that last picture. One looks hollow. Cut them soak them and do some research. I believe you have something great there! But I'm not gonna just say eat them lol
1. Make sure you are certain
2. Make sure you cut in half and soak to make sure all bugs are gone. You'd be surprised.
3. Dry with paper towels, then lightly flower and fry......fucking awesome. Little salt and pepper mmmm

Lots of other great ways to eat them too! :weed:

You'll probably get them every year around this time, so take note. Temp, type of weather it all changes how many and when you get them.

Edit: added dry with paper towels. So you didn't just dehydrate.

It was cedar 2x8s from a lumber yard that I used to build my first raised beds. When they rotted out I put them and some other logs in the bottom of the new ones last fall. There is a stump of an American wild plum that finally disintegrated nearby, its roots would have extended under all my beds. I bet that's the source. We are having soup tomorrow and hope for more fruit in the coming days.
