I won't BS ya ... there is a minor ICK factor when one consumes their pipes. You can clean most of the junk out of "the bowl" - but there is a resin after taste.
But when you are high AF and rocking to Shoot To Thrill or Jailbreak, you really don't give a shit.

One of my Dart Night dudes used to do something like that too. He would scrape whatever he could out of the pipe, spread it on a rolling paper then fill the paper with tobacco. He remarked that it was raunchy but he was able to get a buzz.
Didn't know that there were others. And all things being equal, I would rather eat my carrot pipe.

They can be. Right after a cleaning or just as the screen is starting to get clogged is when you'll Bachman Turner Overtoke. You end up taking way too big of a pull. My throat feels the effects of a BTO for a little while after.... Those metal ones look harsh...
