How's your knee? Wasn't it the knee? How's it recovered?
The surgery knee is coming along great, the other one's arthritis has worsened because of the additional stress from the other not doing its job correctly. I'd like a replacement, but medicaid, ironically, doesn't want to foot the bill. I just got another cortisone shot, but it isn't as effective as the first couple. I'm looking into the gel shots next, good anecdotal evidence from friends who have had this done. We'll see. Thanks for asking!

I know people that have had the gel shots, and it made a big difference from what they said. Good luck :blsmoke:

I broke my knee in Thailand 18 months ago and am on surgery #4. You may want to inquire about an hyaluronic acid shot. After cortisone didn’t work that’s what I went too and it has helped.

Look into autologous PRP (plasma rich protein) injections combined with HLA. That promotes healing as well as providing for mechanical offset r/t viscosity.
