So they blast or spray it with butane etc and make concentrates and sell the buds with no resin on them? Thats messed up!

any lp who produces resin and then sells a single bud that has been run, should have their licence pulled....for good.

The practise of blasting,dipping,tumbling, has been around for so long,it is common for the bm....Most people that grow weed are greedy fucks,thats a fact.
