Blacklights?

Just curious if blacklights could serve any positive effects on our beloved plants? My best judgement tells me no, it doesnt.
Any comments?

Alright.. I found the answer I was looking for and it turns out Blacklights are the best source of light used for growing. Im just playin.. but what I did hear was under the blacklight the plant/buds turn orange, is this true? If so at least it has one cool use..

The black lights actually emit to much uv light which can cause foilage damage to the leaves similar to using an ozone generator to close to a grow area

ultra violet

ultraviolet as in the spectrum of light
